i literally had to pull up the last blog post to remind myself as to where i left off. it has been close to a month since a pair of parsleys had been tended to. i would like to have a big "reveal"....a big bang kind of a reason as to why the author has been MIA.
however, i have nothing of the sort. the reason for my extended vacation from the land of blog is quite mundane. i simply have been going to ninety to nothing these days and have had a lapse of brain power in the writing department. thankfully, our income and means to live by are not affected by this loss:)
even as i type away, i seem to be struggling to utter a complete thought or sentence. my friends would tell me that is accurate because my thoughts are often discombobulated a bit! i guess this is characteristically on point with almost 2 year old twins. despite the frenzy, life sure is unfolding in an entertaining way each and every day.
this summer has been packed with a beach vacay, family soirees, pool dips, fetes for ladies set to become mommas, etc. while nothing really would knock your socks off, the relay between each activity has kept this fam perked on our toes. we have had our spurts of negativity amidst all of the fun chaos. the lovely virus that took over 3 out of the 4 parsleys last week sure dealt us a blow....for sure! thankfully, the dog days of summer have given us more blessed memories, though, that have helped us remain positive and trudge along....
